That falls within the Russian zone of influence? 3.Deescalation of the Arms Race by a new Bi Lateral treaty Between the Russian Federation and the United States and their Allies, based on nuclear parity and Arms Parity, true equality, mutual Respect for each others integrities, economic cooperation, global prosperity and its sustainability. 4.Finding lasting peace in the Middle East and ending the Isreali Palestine and Iran Wars. 5. Finding lasting peace between India and Pakistan: 6. To stem Banditry and terrorism in Africa addressed to evolving Peace and development of the African Continent. 7. De escalating sanctions, trade and tarrif Wars on a global scale to allow global economic growth and prosperity. 8. That the Supper Power Summit between the Russian Federation and the United States becomes an annual global summit between the two greatest powers of the world to meet annually to discuss on " State of the World" and find solutions to emerging problems.
